The People's Hospital of Gaoqing County was built in October 1945, and its site is located in Gaocheng. It was called Gaoyuan County Democratic Hospital. Relocated to Qingcheng in August 1950.
In January 1957, the hospital was relocated to Tianzhen. At that time, there were 17 health technicians and 30 beds.
In October 1961, the hospital was renamed Gaoqing County People's Hospital.
In January 1996, the hospital was classified as a Grade II and Grade II hospital.
On July 15, 2013, the hospital was hosted by Zibo Central Hospital and became the Gaoqing District of Zibo Central Hospital.
On August 2, 2013, the Gaoqing District of Zibo Central Hospital was unveiled.
